I spearheaded a campaign integrating public relations and marketing efforts to boost demand and lead generation.
The CEO received recognition at the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal's Women in Business Awards, an annual event honoring select business leaders across the Midwest. The campaign entailed extensive press coverage, featured publications, and an awards ceremony.
In my role as the lead marketing consultant, I focused on enhancing the brand's visibility by leveraging the CEO's presence. I collaborated with the CEO to craft her award acceptance speech, ensuring it highlighted the brand story and relevant bio information for publications.
My strategy revolved around harnessing earned media to amplify the brand, primarily through digital marketing channels. This involved devising email campaigns, engaging with various publications to position the company as a premier recruiting firm, and leveraging social media to promote both the award and kpCompanies' alignment with its values. Additionally, I coordinated sponsorship deals with a prominent local radio station to coincide with the award's timing, further boosting kpCompanies' brand association with the award's significance.
